Cartref Properties Referral Fee Program
Cartref Properties offers a referral fee for all leads leading to a
Rental Management Service agreement.
Eligible referral fees are for service agreements where a
minimum of one year tenancy agreement is entered
into by Cartref Properties.
The referral fee is $100 per service agreement.
Fees are paid in the third month of the tenancy.
Who is eligible to refer a client?
Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Lawyers, Strata Managers,
Strata Councils, Property Appraisers and the General Public
Cartref Properties only provides
Residential Rental Property Management services
meaning any professional who refers a client to
Cartref Properties the client will be referred back to that
professional for those services
